Another Story

 The Girl Named "Swoon"

Once upon a time, there lived a girl named "Swoon", who lived on the moon. 

She was an ambitious girl with dreams of her own. 

She used to look at earth from afar and always wanted to know what it was like there. 

She wanted to know how its people were and how they used to live. She wanted to see the places on earth. 

Her parents loved her very much and they knew about her dreams. 

They always told her that going to earth was risky and the people on earth were evil. They told her stories about their evilness and how going there can be harmful and dangerous. 

But Swoon still wanted to go there. She wanted to see it all with her own eyes. Otherwise, she won't believe everything. 

Slowly and gradually, she grew up. 

At the age of 12, she gathered the courage to tell her parents that she has decided to go to earth. 

Her parents' eyes widened as she told them about her decision. 

'But are you sure, Swoon? It's dangerous over there,' said her mother, being worried. 

'Yes, don't worry mum, I will be fine, I am a big girl now! I can take care of myself,' replied Swoon, placing her hand on her waist, holding her head high. 

Her parents were still doubtful so they decided to send her grandfather with her. 

Swoon was happy with the decision. Soon, the day came on which they went to earth. 

They had a safe trip.. 

On earth, Swoon was awestruck by the beauty of earth. 

She loved the mountains, the ocean, the rivers and the forests. 

She explored the natural habitats and fell in love with them. 

Then she met some people who looked kind of different from her. 

She wanted to know about them, she wanted to talk to them. But she was nervous and scared to do so. 

Her grandfather saw this and tried to make her understand. 

'You have to be brave to achieve your dreams, Swoon. Achieving dreams is not an easy task. But I am glad that you have achieved so much till now. I know you can make me proud and also be proud of yourself.'

After hearing, Swoon thought for some time, then took a deep breath and tried to be brave. 

She approached the people. Some of them looked like they were of the same age as her. 

At first, they looked annoyed and weirded out by how different she looked than them. 

But then their eyes got bright as Swoon started to talk and tell about herself.

They all surrounded her, ready to make her their friend. 

Swoon made many friends and she was very happy. 

Soon, it was time for Swoon to return to the moon. 

She bade goodbye to her friends and went back to the moon with good memories that she would cherish forever. 

And with that, she got a new dream of visiting earth again as an adult!
